Let it steep (give it 30 minutes to an hour) then go sit in your bathtub with this concoction with either a soft towel or a sponge. Dip the sponge/towel into the liquid, ring it out a bit and gently pat it on your sunburns. Keep doing this until you've used it all. If your ENTIRE body is burnt, make 1/2 more. Okay…to anyone who needs a quick remedy to get rid of sunburn and pain do this;
